This bylaws template has been adapted from our many years of experience with launching new bicycle and pedestrian advocacy organizations. It covers critical legal elements of successful non-profit organizations and includes items that will prevent common dangers Alliance organizations have suffered in the past. Also note that it does not go into great detail on organization operations as these details should be left to more flexible, organizational policies.
