Andrea started working with the Alliance as Research Assistant for the 2012 Benchmarking Report and transitioned into the role of Project Manager in late 2012. She is committed to working with advocates, researchers and implementers around the country and continuing to produce the high-quality Benchmarking Report and resources that the biking and walking community has come to appreciate. Andrea earned a master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Michigan, from which she gained a fascination for how transportation networks and urban form affect quality of life. She serves on her community’s bicycle advisory committee and seeks out ways to participate in local, state, and national conversations on improving mobility for people of all ages and abilities.
