Erin Daly, Research Fellow

Research InternErin is a graduate of Macalester College with a degree in Geography and Environmental Studies. She has spent the last five years hopping between America's best cycling cities (Portland and Minneapolis) and still can't decide which she likes more. Erin moved to Washington, D.C. to work in active transportation and joined the Alliance in May of 2015 as a Research Fellow for the Alliance's upcoming State of the Movement Report. She formerly worked at Saint Paul Smart Trips (a non-profit transportation demand management organization) and the Sierra Club, and wrote her senior thesis on equity in the bicycle infrastructure planning process. She spends her free time working at an outdoor gear co-op fitting people for backpacks and adding to her bucket list.
