The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality test and inventory. The test is intended to help people better how they and others function in life, according to C. G. Jung's theory of psychological types. Jung's theory holds that much of our behavior is predictable and follows certain patterns. Peoples' personalitites differ, in part, based on basic differences in how we prefer to use our own perception and judgement.
