After nearly three decades working for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources and the Parks & Trails Council, Dorian Grilley took the reins of the Bicycle Alliance of Minnesota in 2008. But he was no stranger to advocacy, having been a dedicated volunteer for the organization and a long-time bike commuter and racer. With his election to the Alliance board, Grilley says he's eager to share his non-profit experience and work with Alliance members "to make it safe, easy, fun and cool for more people to bicycle more often."
