Amy Ford-Wagner grew up in the suburbs but became a city dweller after college. Of all the things that urban living changed in her life, the most noticeable and dramatic was transportation. Inspired by a new multimodal lifestyle centered on walking, biking, and transit, Amy went back to grad school to become an urban planner. She’s worked as a consultant on transit, biking, and walking in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix, and New York City. Amy is currently a Community Planner at Oahu Metropolitan Transportation Organization (OahuMPO) in Honolulu, Hawaii.
