Scott is the Executive Director of Bike Pittsburgh. An everyday bike commuter, who has cycled across the country, he is a vocal advocate for cyclists' rights. He is an alumnus of Carnegie Mellon University, where he earned a B.S. in Public Policy and Management in 1999. After graduation, Scott lived in San Francisco for two years, where he worked for a dot-com and a software company before returning in 2001 to co-found Bike Pittsburgh. Scott also sits on the board of Pennsylvania Walks & Bikes.
