We're crowdsourcing the location and date selection of our 2015 National Training! Do you want to bring this unique training to your city this summer?

The Alliance for Biking & Walking organizes National Trainings on off-years of the Leadership Retreat. This year's topic is, "Organizing, Leadership, and Digital Strategy for a Strong Movement."

We are working with experts in the field to facilitate this event, and we need YOU to help us figure out where to host it! Our ability to hold a successful event will rely on a strong local partner to assist Alliance staff on logistics including venue, catering, and home stays. Is your organization the partner we've been looking for?

The location of the National Training will be selected by the following considerations:

  1. Geographic accessibility (Alliance members are on all corners of North America),
  2. Affordable venue and housing options, and
  3. Possible local sponsors for the event.

The training is a two-day event to be scheduled between June 1, 2015 and August 31, 2015 for 30 to 50 advocacy leaders. The host will receive a stipend and one free registration to the event.
