"Are you listening, Atlanta, NYC, Boston, Chicago, etc?"

It was a big week in Los Angeles, where the passage of the Mobility 2035 Plan marked a huge shift in transportation priorities for a city known for cars. Both Los Angeles Walks and the Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition played a major role in advancing the plan that has other advocates saying, "Are you listening, Atlanta, NYC, Boston, Chicago, etc?" And elsewhere across the country, advocates celebrated other signs of progress including a new PSA campaign in Cleveland, the passage of a 3-foot-passing amendment in Knoxville, a proposed 50-mile "activity loop" in Albuquerque and more...
